Is Sam at risk of losing them both?
As Sam and Lydia discuss Craig’s reappearance yesterday, she decides to take Craig up on his job offer.
At the Hide, Craig reconnects with Lydia where he follows through with his job offer and they both soon fill each other in on their lives since both of them were at the children’s home. And the pair fall back into their easy rapport.
When Craig drops Lydia back home, Samson is in awe of his car and grills Lydia about Craig, overawed by his wealth and impresses that his company made one of his favourite phone games. And Sam is somewhat intimated when Samson asks Lydia to ask Craig for some work experience.
At the company offices, Lydia asks Craig about Samson’s work experience, but he becomes awkward and leaves. Keen not to overpromise and underdeliver, Craig later returns confirming Samson’s work experience.
Whilst Samson is delighted, Sam feels insignificant and before long Lydia introduces Craig to an awe-struck Samson.
After making himself at home, Craig and Samson head to fix the guttering which Sam had neglected to finish. Leaving Sam feeling pushed out by Craig.
