As Max continues to question Ian about going for tests, Ian frustratingly tells Max to drop it as Sharon would never hurt him. But as Max continues to push, will Ian cave?
After talking to her son, Kathy arrives at The Vic with food for Ian, with food for Ian and tells Sharon he needs to see a Doctor. But as Sharon pushes back, Kathy snaps and tells her that she knows her sun is extremely unwell.
Having piqued her conscience, Sharon calls Phil and tells him that she can't go through with their plan. When Ian cautiously questions Sharon, she reaffirms her love for him, leaving him certain there is nothing to worry about.
Reiterating to Phil that she can't go through with their plan, Sharon tells him that he doesn't want to hurt Kathy. But when he reminds her what Denny went through, he gets under her skin and tells her that he will get something stronger that will finish Ian off quickly.
Determined to go through with her plan, Sharon tells Ian she is making a special dinner but seems wary until she tells him they should finally consummate their marriage. Arriving at The Vic, Phil assures Sharon that he will be there for her.
As Sharon gets ready, it’s clear she is wavering but a look through Denny’s possessions spurs her on and when judgement day arrives, she puts the finishing touches to her revenge plan and indulges her husband in an especially deadly dinner.
