The truth of who the Harcourts are is finally revealed in Hollyoaks

Why is Dilly so against Sienna and Rafe's upcoming wedding?

Wanting to build burnt bridges with old friends, Sienna starts with Maxine, but the bride-to-be is left taken aback when Dilly announces she’s taken it upon herself to be deputy maid of honour.

With Sienna out of earshot, Dilly drops the truth bomb on Maxine that Rafe is dying and she’s concerned the stress of the wedding will limit his time even more.

It all gets too much for Sienna when Dilly shows her the lime green bridesmaid dresses she’s purchased. But when Rafe admits he asked his sister to help, Sienna agrees to try make amends with her.

However, to end their newly reformed friendship, Dilly resorts to telling Maxine lies. And Rafe reminds Sienna they only want people who support them at their wedding.

When Dilly arranges a drink with Ste, he thinks it's a way for her to find out more about her soon-to-be sister-in-law, but we quickly discover she’s also trying to cause a wedge between the two best friends.

Not falling for Dilly's games, Ste tells her that he's messaging a friend to come and reveal all about Sienna, when in reality he's texting Sienna and when she arrives, Dilly has to explain herself.

Later, when Ste sees Dilly buying some fancy underwear at the market, he jumps to the conclusion that she has the hots for someone. And Ethan confronts Dilly, who covering up the truth, tells him she still has feelings for him.

Meanwhile, Rafe has a surprise Santa’s grotto for Sienna and Dilly is in for a surprise herself! As things take a turn, Dilly locks Rafe and Sienna in the Grotto and an outburst from a panicked Rafe leaves Sienna to realise he's suffering from PTSD. And the Earl opens up to Sienna about his past.

Back in the manor, as tensions rise between Rafe and Dilly, emotions from the day's events get to them both.
