Things look bleak for an unconscious Robert in Emmerdale

How far will his killer brother, John, go?

 21-27 JUNE

Feeling guilty about Victoria’s black eye, Robert decides to move out, but Victoria is worried about him and Caleb is pressured by John to end Robert's trial employment.

Robert is disappointed when Caleb invents a cover story and after Jai inadvertently confirms John's interference, Robert confronts John, who is more determined to get Robert out of the village after seeing Vic's black eye.

When John visits Vic to urge her to report Robert for hitting her, Robert overhears. Upset, he seeks help from Aaron, who rejects him.

As he tries to distract himself with drinking and hook-ups, Robert’s mood is brought down when a passing Aaron has no reaction to his attempt to make him jealous.

Intervening, John date drugs Robert before driving off with and unconscious Robert in his van.

And things look bleak for Robert as he lies in the back of John’s van whilst his killer brother contemplates his lifeless form with a syringe in his hand.

Soon, Robert’s terrified to wake up in the back of a van with no memory of how he got there...
