When Romeo drops off mail belonging to Tom, he's horrified to discover his sister has missed her 6-month bipolar appointment.
Concerned about Cindy, Tom asks Sharon for advice who tells him they should follow it up with her doctor, especially if she’s displaying concerning behaviour. But when Tom tries to speak to Cindy, she tells her brother she’s never felt so happy and after living with bipolar for over 10 years she knows what she’s doing.
As she erratically sends Tom on his way, we get an insight into what the world currently looks like for Cindy.
Later on, Tom bumps into Sharon and tells her that Cindy has agreed to make an appointment, but he's reminded how dangerous it’d be if his sister stopped her medication without doctors’ guidance.
