Can Charles get through to Claudette?
As the Andersons prepare to be visited by Victor’s Probation Officer at Woodbine, Charles puts on a brave face in front of the family as tensions simmer between him and his father.
When the Probation Officer arrives, Victor irritates Charles by hamming up the theatrics, and the officer seems to buy his every word.
The next day, Charles is irritated to see Claudette pandering to Victor in Woodbine and Manpreet convinces him to keep the peace. Relishing in winding up Charles, Victor increasingly spends more time with Claudette.
Aware that Victor’s well and truly got his claws back in, Charles is concerned and unburdens his worries about his father onto Manpreet at the Café.
The next day, Charles is not impressed when Claudette asks Charles to keep out of the way of a romantic meal she’s planning for Victor.
