This week there’s another series of an excellent BBC Three comedy, some great drama returns, concludes and continues and the time has come to find out who this year's National Television Awards winners are.
Here are the 7 shows you have to watch this week...
1. Witless
Wednesday 25th January, From 10am on BBC Three
Witless, the BBC Three comedy which launched last year starring the wonderful Kerry Howard and Zoe Boyle is back for another 5-part series and the good news is that the whole lot will be available to watch at once so no more of that waiting a week for another episode!
After stumbling upon a gangland shooting, flatmates Leanne and Rhona enter the Witness Protection programme… but unbeknownst to them, the criminal gang are tracking them down. When they learn that a corrupt cop has leaked their safe house location the girls have no choice but to go on the run.
But before they’ve even managed to get out the door they’ve got two big problems: hit-man Benny is moments away and they’ve just accidentally shot their overbearing neighbour Jackie. Trapped and unable to trust the police, they’ll have to solve this dilemma on their own. Can Leanne’s dubious acting skills help them to make an escape before their assailant closes in?
Having stowed away in a caravan, Leanne and Rhona wake up to find themselves hurtling full speed down the motorway… but where are they heading, who is the mysterious driver, and how will they escape this accidental road trip?
Meanwhile, DJ Sound as Fuck proves he has balls and earns a new found respect from the gang, much to the annoyance of Benny. And, with news of Ian’s death reaching their formidable head honcho, Willy Whelan, the gang are gathered together and ordered to find the girls.

2. The National Television Awards 2016
Wednesday 25th January, 7:30pm on ITV
This week, Dermot O’Leary hosts the 22nd National Television Awards, where hundreds of stars and thousands of fans will gather for the biggest night in British TV. This year, viewers will find out if Dermot has what it takes as he opens the NTAs with a song!

3. Who Do You Think You Are?
Wednesday 25th January, 8pm on BBC One
After the last series took a break just before Christmas, ending with Ricky Tomlinson, BBC One’s fascinating series Who Do You Think You Are? returns this week for the second half of its thirteenth series with Sir Ian McKellen.
As the “last of the McKellens”, Sir Ian admits to a degree of melancholy as he delves into his family history. But the results pay off richly for one of our greatest actors and civil rights champions.
Ian’s journey uncovers a theatrical ancestor, a Victorian political activist, and a link to an ancient druidical landmark in the Lake District.

4. Fortitude
Thursday 26th January, 9pm on Sky Atlantic
Fortitude is coming back to Sky Atlantic for a second series, with new names and an explosive new mystery at its heart. The time has come to return to the place where blood runs cold and even the sky runs red.
Nine weeks after the horrific events of the first series, the remote Arctic town and prospective tourist destination has settled back into a state of normalcy, but has been irrevocably changed.
While the contamination has been contained, the town’s recovery is hamstrung by cutbacks from a government that has given up on the settlement. Many of the residents have abandoned the town; some due to the cuts, many just out of fear.
Former Sheriff Dan Anderssen (Richard Dormer) is missing, presumed dead. Only Governor Hildur Odegard (Sofie Gråbøl), crab fisherman Michael Lennox (Dennis Quaid) and a handful of others remain, each with their own reason for doing so.

5. Tina And Bobby
Friday 27th January, 9pm on ITV
This week sees the rather brilliant Tina And Bobby come to an end.
In the closing episode, Tina (Michelle Keegan) and Bobby (Lorne MacFadyen) try to escape their marriage troubles by investing in their future but a disastrous business venture mires them in debt just as Bobby’s playing career wanes.
Tina starts working and Bobby winds up managing a lowly non-league side. Tina dismisses rumours he’s having an affair, until her worst fears are confirmed. Tina tries to win Bobby back but when he confesses to loving the other woman her world collapses.
The marriage ends with Bobby giving her everything, and Tina cathartically sells it all before making a fresh start. They meet for the last time by chance, their love undiminished by the passage of time…

6. Apple Tree Yard
Sunday 29th January, 9pm on BBC One
If like me, you were gripped by the first episode of Apple Tree Yard and THAT ending, then you’ll be wishing the weekend away already so that you can watch episode two.
Devastated by the horrific events of the previous night, Yvonne returns home. Desperately trying to come to terms with what’s happened, she unexpectedly finds herself confiding in Costley.
When the situation intensifies, Yvonne becomes ever more terrified and once again turns again to Costley. He is calm, reassuring, authoritative. They meet for one last time, and share a passionate afternoon together. However, when Costley takes control of the situation, Yvonne is plunged from one nightmare into another.

7. Suits
Sunday 29th January, 10pm on Dave
With Meghan Markle rarely out of the papers these days thanks to a certain Royal relationship, the second half of Suits season six could not have come at a better time and if you didn’t know, Dave is the place in the UK to watch the series.
The compulsive legal drama stars Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams as a pair of mismatched legal whizzes fighting for their lives in the cutthroat world of law-firm politics, plotting and personal battles.
As we rejoin its sixth season, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Louis (Rick Hoffman) attempt to keep the firm on its feet in the aftermath of Jessica’s (Gina Torres) departure as Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce) re-offers them a genuine opportunity. Insulted by the offer, Louis goes behind Harvey’s back to exact his own brand of revenge against Zane. Mike (Patrick J. Adams) adjusts to life as an ex-con when he realises how limited his job opportunities are.
Meanwhile, Rachel (Meghan Markle) battles with the choice of staying loyal to PSL or doing what is best for her career. Realising how Harvey is struggling with Jessica’s absence, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) suggests that he follow through with an uncomfortable decision.
