20 new celebrities to enter the Celebrity Bake Off tent

Louis Theroux, Carol Vorderman, Richard Dreyfuss, Mo Gilligan and James Blunt lead the famous faces taking part in this year's The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer.


This year 20 brand new celebrities will venture in to the Bake Off tent as stars from across the worlds of acting, comedy, entertainment and sport come together to do their bit in the fight against cancer.


Each week, for five weeks, four celebrities will battle it out over three rounds; the Signature, the Technical and the Showstopper, in a bit to be crowned Star Baker and awarded the coveted Star Baker apron.


As ever, Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will be there to meticulously judge each bake, be they delicious delights or devastating disasters and Bake Off hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig return to provide tea and sympathy for the celebrity bakers as they go head-to-head in the pressure-filled tent.

Since its launch in the UK in 2012, Stand Up To Cancer, the joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4, has raised over £62 million to date funding 52 clinical trials and projects involving 11,000 cancer patients across the country.
