Aaron faces a huge life-changing decision as Rhett’s big move looms in Neighbours

Will he follow love or stay for the sake of his family?

With Nicolette ready to take charge on her first day back at Yorokobi, Leo’s impressed by her work ethic. Excited for this next chapter in her life, Nicolette confesses to Leo that she wants to have another baby in the next few years, and Leo is supportive, saying that it’s something he’s sure David would have wanted too.

Sad to have left Byron, Jane returns home, grateful for the time with her extended family and hoping to make amends with Abby and Isla, Jane debuts her new character, Fairy Grandma.

Meanwhile, Aaron drops the L-bomb to Rhett, who says nothing back, which sends Aaron spiralling and sees him seek advice from Jane and Nicolette, who tell him to be more open about his feelings.

Attempting to clear the air over L-word-gate, Aaron realises that Rhett simply didn’t hear him, so when Jane hints to Rhett that Aaron may have said a certain 4-letter word, he declares his love for Aaron via a wholesome game of charades. But a bombshell is soon dropped. Tilly and her mum are moving to Adelaide, and they want Rhett to go with them.

Off the back of learning Tilly and her family will be moving to Adelaide, Rhett announces he will move with them to remain in his daughter's life, leaving Aaron heartbroken, until Rhett issues an invitation. Why don't Nicolette, Aaron and Isla come with him?

Whilst Aaron wants to consider the idea, Nicolette points out that it would break Jane's heart after so recently losing Byron. So when Nicolette and Aaron tell Rhett they can’t move to Adelaide with him, Rhett suggests Aaron splits his time between Adelaide and Erinsborough.

With Aaron open to this, Nicolette is outwardly supportive, but Jane picks up on her uncertainty and points out that it’s the end of Nicolette and Aaron parenting Isla together. Nicolette also confesses that she has been dreaming of having another baby.

When Jane drops hint of Nicolette’s doubt, Aaron decides that Erinsborough will be his home base.
