Aaron finally makes a decision, choosing Rhett over Colton in Neighbours

But will a goodbye kiss with Colton ruin his chances?

Realising it’s time to make a choice between Rhett and Colton, Aaron chooses Rhett, and seals the deal by asking him to stay overnight.

In the morning, Aaron has the unenviable task of breaking the news to Colton, who is obviously disappointed, but also understanding.

That should rightfully be the end of the matter, but complications arise when Colton gives Aaron a lingering kiss goodbye. A kiss witnessed by Rhett, who is given the impression Aaron hasn’t committed at all.

Tracking down a hurt Rhett, Aaron attempts to plead innocence, but Rhett is unconvinced, adamant that he and Aaron aren’t at all on the same page. Listening to Aaron lamenting everything he’s lost in Rhett, Colton pushes aside his own pain of Aaron’s rejection to play Cupid between the men.

Soon, a candid Aaron finally tells Rhett how he really feels about him, leading to a sweet reunion for the men – and just maybe – a happy-ever-after for Aaron.

Later, Colton readies to leave Eirini and head back to Queensland after losing the sweepstakes for Aaron’s heart. And the boys share a bittersweet goodbye and Colton leaves wishing they could have been more.
