Andrew helps brother Felix as he prepares for his early release from prison in Neighbours

But will Felix agree to his one condition?

 7-13 SEPTEMBER

On a mission to heal the rift in her marriage, Wendy visits Felix in hospital, hoping she can be a conduit between Felix and Andrew.

Knowing his past bad behaviour is to blame, Felix admits he isn’t holding out any hope for reconciliation. And Wendy is surprised by his uncharacterisSc humility.

Later, when Andrew checks in on JJ’s wellbeing since Felix’s resurfacing, Remi mentions that she saw Wendy visiting him.

Confronting Wendy in hospital, Andrew feels betrayed by her visit against his wishes. Apologetic, Wendy believes Felix has changed and encourages Andrew to talk to him.

Reluctantly, Andrew agrees and is thrown when he learns Felix got hurt trying to protect both guards and bystander inmates.

Later, Felix learns that his heroics mean he’s being considered for an early release from prison.

When Andrew shares the news that Felix is being released with Cara, Remi and JJ. As their relationship continues to blossom, JJ confides in Nell about his apprehension and feelings about Felix’s imminent release.

Meanwhile, Andrew tells Felix he’s made arrangements to help him reintegrate into the community, including finding him accommodation in a halfway house and helping to pay his living costs until he finds a job.

Felix is grateful for Andrew’s help, though he insists he shouldn’t mistake his assistance for forgiveness: it’s on the condition that Felix stays away from both his family and the Varga-Murphys for good.

As Remi and Cara remain sceptical that Felix will do so, it's later revealed that Felix’s new aitttude and outlook is not just the result of time in prison, but he’s found God and religion.
