Andrew’s secret meetings with Holly threaten to tear his life apart in Neighbours

Could he be about to tell Wendy the truth?

 20-26 SEPTEMBER

Andrew uses surveillance of the Linwell warehouse as an excuse to have a clandestine meeting with Holly at the motel, where they start to make plans for their future. Andrew suggests somewhere by the peninsula as a possible location for them to live to be closer to Stephen and Gretchen.

Desperate to get the ball rolling on this new life, Holly devises a plan and organises a last-minute art class at the Waterhole and asks Wendy to teach it, under the guise that the class has been booked for a while and the teacher only just dropped out.

Wendy agrees, but little does she know that it’s all a set-up for Wendy to meet Trent, a pub regular who is unlucky in love and keen to meet some eligible women.

However, the art class is a bit of a failure, and Trent isn’t so keen on Wendy, knowing she’s married to a cop. With Andrew not happy with her ruse, Holly explains that if Wendy has someone to lean on, then it’ll be easier for Andrew to move on himself. It’s only because she wants to kick-start their new life together, as soon as possible.

As he and Holly continue to meet in secret, Andrew’s cover story is blown by an inquisitive Cara and he is forced to return home to Wendy, who wants nothing more than to catch-up and reconnect with her husband.

Riddled with guilt, Andrew tells Holly that he feels like a bad person and he can’t go on like this; lying to Wendy is too much.
