Carl’s job search causes tension as Debbie lies to Ronnie in Corrie

With Carl struggling to find work, Debbie suggests he could return to the hotel, but Ronnie’s quick to close it down. 

When Carl later reminds Debbie she was meant to be meeting Ronnie for dinner, she calls Ronnie and lies, making out she got waylaid at work, as Carl listens with concern.
