The journey will span the undiscovered Caribbean and Pacific coast of Central America.

Ahead of the new series of Celebrity Race Across the World, BBC One has revealed the four celebrities and their partners who'll be swapping luxury for backpacks and comfort for the unknown.
Embarking on the ultimate adventure will be broadcaster and writer Anita Rani and her dad, Bal; actor Dylan Llewellyn and his mum, Jackie; partners, presenter and DJ Tyler West and actor and singer, Molly Rainford; and broadcaster Roman Kemp and his sister, singer-songwriter, Harleymoon.
This series takes the race through one of the most diverse and visually stunning routes yet, spanning the undiscovered Caribbean and Pacific coast of Central America.
The journey begins on the idyllic Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, just off the easternmost point of Mexico, and challenges teams to race 5,900km to reach the finish line in the remote and breathtaking Península de La Guajira in Colombia, the gateway to South America.
Our familiar faces will say goodbye to lavish transport, smartphones and bank cards. Instead, they must rely on limited budgets, local transport and their own resourcefulness, as well as the kindness of strangers. Relationships will be tested and transformed as they discover the world and themselves, in ways they never expected.
Made by Studio Lambert, Celebrity Race Across the World is executive produced by Rob Fisher, Charlotte Woolley, Emma Peach and Tim Harcourt alongside Jasmyn McGuil for the BBC and with Sophie Beck as production executive for Studio Lambert.
Speaking about this year's line-up, Studio Lambert's Chief Creative Officer, Tim Harcourt said "The series’ success is a testament to how much audiences connect with the show’s raw emotion, incredible journeys, and heartfelt human stories. This series brings a new set of celebrities into that world and what makes it so special is watching them open up, bond, and grow through a life-changing experience. It’s inspiring, unpredictable, and full of those powerful moments that have made the format such a hit with viewers."
To which Catherine Catton, Head of Commissioning, Factual Entertainment and Events, added, "Celebrity Race Across the World is always a highlight of the year, and we are really looking forward to setting off with a new group of famous faces and their loved ones on an incredible journey full of twists and turns."
