When Karl and Susan question Darcy’s growing friendship with Amanda, Darcy is defensive and asks why they can’t give him a break, like Dee did when he made things right with her.

Smelling a rat, Karl gets confirmation from Toadie that Dee has not spoken to Darcy at all.

Meanwhile, after Amanda spends an afternoon bonding with Sadie at the Day Spa, she asks Darcy to fish something out of her financial documents. Darcy eagerly helps, and soon learns Amanda is oblivious that she’s a very rich woman.
