Felix and Andrew are shocked to discover that Greg fakes his own death in Neighbours

How will Cara react when she finds out?

 8-14 NOVEMBER

Grieving her father, Cara takes Felix to the caravan Greg was living in at her mother’s request, to collect some of his things. Upon arrival, the pair find something strange: a current newspaper and recently opened food. Cara’s mind turns to squatters, but Felix raises his suspicions to Andrew. Could Greg have faked his death?

Leaving Cara behind to mourn, Andrew and Felix return to investigate the caravan on the morning of the vow renewal, shocked to find Greg. Very much alive.

Greg admits that he faked his own death to protect his family. Faced with telling Cara the truth, Greg reminds Andrew of what he has to lose if Andrew reveals Greg’s secret, threatening to return the favour tenfold, which forces Andrew to concede.

Later, after confessing all to Wendy about his affair with Holly, Andrew decides that as soon as Cara arrives home, he’s going to tell her that Greg is alive.

Soon, Felix and Andrew hit the Varga-Murphys with a one-two punch. Holly’s pregnant with Andrew’s child, and Greg’s alive!

Reeling, Cara can barely face Felix and Andrew, having lost all respect for her colleague, as it goes against everything they stand for as police officers.

Before Felix can make amends with a hurt JJ, the news comes through that Greg has been apprehended and taken to the station for questioning.

Confronting her father at the station, Cara demands answers.

Facing the full brunt of the law, Andrew and Greg confess their sides of the story, with Andrew copping a suspension and Greg being charged pending further investigation. With all his secrets out in the open, Andrew thinks he may be in the clear. Until he’s served a spray from Susan telling him that he needs to stay away from Holly, and she’s watching his every move.
