Heartstopper returning to Netflix for two more seasons

Since launching in April 2022, Heartstopper has reached the Top 10 list on Netflix in 54 countries.

Heartstopper is based on the bestselling graphic novels from graphic novel author and illustrator Alice Oseman, who will return as writer and creator for seasons two and three.

It tells a story about life, love and everything in between. Boy meets boy. Boys become friends. Boys fall in love.

Season one covered the first two volumes of the graphic novel, as we watched rugby-loving Nick and gentle Charlie’s friendship blossom into the most wholesome unexpected relationship, as they make snow angels and kiss in the rain.

Charlie, Nick and their circle of friends had to navigate the ever relatable journey of self-discovery and acceptance, supporting each other as they learn to find their most authentic selves.

Speaking about the reaction to Heartstopper, Alice Oseman said 'We were overjoyed with the global reaction to Heartstopper and can’t wait to continue the story with two more seasons. Watch this space!"
