Holly goes a step too far as she tries to solve the poisoning case in Neighbours

But will it stop her from trying again?

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 17TH JUNE

After watching Liv harass Leo for an interview, Holly begins to suspect there’s more to the relentless podcaster’s fixation on the poisonings. Impersonating Mackenzie, Holly talks her way into reviewing CCTV footage from the day of the second poisoning and is shocked to discover Liv’s foodie influencer best friend was there.

As she investigates further, Holly is convinced that Liv and her friend have conspired to commit the poisonings to help her podcast go viral.

Confronting Liv with her findings, Holly is forced to defend herself when things get a lifle dicey, spraying her in the face with dry shampoo. But Holly’s moment of triumph is short-lived, as Mackenzie arrives to reveal that her theory is a bust and Holly is horrified to realise she’s just assaulted an innocent woman.

Mortified by how wildly wrong she was about Liv, Holly wholeheartedly apologises but it goes nowhere, with Liv adamant the police charge Holly for every applicable crime. As she faces the music at Lassiters, Holly assumes she would be fired, but Krista lets her off with (another) warning.

Taking matters into her own hands, Krista talks to Liv and asks her to back off on Holly. When she remains unmoved from her decision, Krista uses her Sinclair name to threaten her with a defamation case that would leave Liv with nothing.

The next thing Holly knows, Andrew’s delivering the news that Liv has changed her statement and no further action will be taken. With Holly in the clear, Andrew struggles to believe how Liv changed her mind so quickly and suggests Holly keep her nose out of crime-related business.

Only she can’t help but immediately dive back into another episode of Crimesborough.

Neighbours continues Mondays to Thursdays on Amazon Freevee
