Holly’s secret explodes as Max believes he’s the father in Neighbours

But how long until Andrew learns the truth?

 1-7 NOVEMBER

As Max presses him for an answer, Taye’s loyalty to his best friend wins out, and he reveals the truth of Holly’s pregnancy.

Shell-shocked, Max seeks out confirmation from Holly, who chooses to protect her and Andrew’s secret by allowing Max to believe he is the father of the baby. 

Although a supportive Max is willing to be a hands-on parent, Holly confesses she is still conflicted about whether she wants to go through with the pregnancy. 

Deciding to regain control of her secret, Holly announces to Karl and Susan that she is pregnant. And much like Max, the Kennedys pledge to support Holly, though she remains tormented over her future and the lies she’s burying herself in.

Sadie is appalled with Taye for disclosing Holly’s pregnancy to Max. And even though Taye believes that Max has a right to know, Sadie is firm that it was not his call to make. 

Later, Taye offers a sincere apology to Holly, who is amicable, but Sadie is privately not ready to sweep Taye’s actions under the carpet.

It’s a big day for Holly as she attends her first ultrasound. Accompanied by Susan, Holly feels pressured when Max shows up, unable to contain his investment. 

Meanwhile, Wendy is at the hospital for her post-accident check-up. Joining the dots, she concludes that Holly must be expecting, and it’s not long before a rocked Andrew is also in the know.

Pumped to know he’s going to be a dad, Max later pays Holly another visit, only to leave her feeling both anxious and smothered. As Holly takes off, Karl and Max are forced to conduct a frantic search.

With the walls closing in and near breaking point, it’s Andrew who manages to track Holly down and implores her to tell him the truth. Is the baby his?

Meanwhile, on a high after finalising their vow renewal plans, Wendy surprises Andrew with a romantic dinner.

Touched by her efforts, Andrew is reminded of how undeserving he is. Wanting to be the husband Wendy believes he is, Andrew reignites the passion in their marriage, committed to moving forward.
