Jodie sets her sights on Kit as Bethany warns him away from her in Corrie

But will Kit listen?

Returning home from court, Jodie tells Shona and Bethany that she got community service for the assault on Sarah and is on litter picking duty.

With David away, Shona struggles to soothe Harper and is short with Lily, while Jodie interferes.

As Jodie litter picks, she overhears Bethany arranging a date and makes a scathing remark. But Bethany puts her in her place. Smarting, Jodie suggests to Kit they should go on a date and promises him the time of his life. Will Kit agree?

A panicky Shona tells Jodie that Harper has a rash but it turns out to be nothing more than teething.

When Jodie reveals she’s got a date with Kit, Shona’s shocked and accuses her of stabbing Sarah in the back.

When Bethany meets up with Roman in the Bistro, they raise a toast to a successful second date without drama, just as Jodie enters with Kit. And Bethany’s good mood evaporates as she explains that her Mum is in prison and only broke up with Kit a few weeks ago.

As Jodie flirts with Kit, Bethany loses her temper and warns him that Jodie’s toxic and he should steer clear. As Bethany goes, Jodie invites Kit back for a nightcap. Will Kit agree?

The next day, Jodie adds to Shona’s stress by hiding her car keys, and smiling to herself, sends Kit a message suggesting a rematch.

Calling David about her nightmare day, Shona suddenly realises she’s left Harper in the car! In a blind panic, she dashes outside to find Daniel cradling Harper and Jodie orders Shona to get some sleep, and invites Kit round as she looks after Harper.

But when Shona comes back downstairs to find Jodie and Kit enjoying a glass of wine, she parks herself on the sofa and warns Kit that a relationship with her sister is possibly his worst idea ever. Will Kit listen?
