As Karl participates in a big development meeting regarding the new freeway, he meets the developer in charge of the project, Sam Kratz, and the pair debrief afterwards, where Sam outlines the billion-dollar scale of the project.

As Sam throws out a few of the names involved, Karl privately files away the mention of Jonah Jackson. Could this hot-shot developer be THE Jonesy?

Karl thinks he’s onto something regarding the identity of the mysterious ‘Jonesy’ after coming across a man named Jonah Jackson, who is involved in the freeway project development. But given the state of affairs at present for the Kennedys, Karl decides to let the trail go cold for the time being.

When Karl offers his findings about Jonesy to Elle, she’s reluctant to stir up potential trouble, and Karl leaves her with the info, telling her she can follow the lead or not. It’s up to her. Does Elle want to go back down this rabbit hole again?
