In the café, when Steve moans to David that there’s been no interest in his dating profile, Debbie suggests he should try the cocktail night at the Chariot Square if he wants to meet someone.
Returning home, Steve finds Ken trying on different jackets as he reveals the he's going to join him for cocktail night at the Chariot Square. But as Steve does his best to appear pleased, how will the evening go?
Approaching Ken and Steve with drinks, Debbie explains how they're fromt Elspeth, an older lady in the corner who bought them and has had her eye on Ken all evening. Steve meanwhile, is incredulous to realise Ken’s pulled.
Deciding to get back on the horse, Steve sets off for the speed dating night at the Rovers, but with the speed dating in full flow, he's unimpressed to find himself sitting opposite Tracy!
However, at the next move he hits it off with Cassie and when the speed dating ends, Steve suggests to Cassie they meet up again. Are things looking up for Steve?
