Krista discovers she's pregnant in Neighbours

Struggling with the stress and exertion from the fallout of the freeway and Paul’s wish to sell the hotel, Krista passes off her exhaustion as a side effect of recent events until she takes a pregnancy test, which comes back positive.

Shocked by the news of her pregnancy, Krista tries to remain calm while Leo supports her and does his best to pare back his excitement. But it’s clear that Krista’s fear and trauma has spiked in light of the revelation.

Going with Nicolette to check on Holly, Krista is triggered by the talk of pregnancy loss and flees, leaving Krista to tell Nicolette her daunting news.

Clearly rattled by the idea of being pregnant again, Nicolette hatches a plan with the help of Leo, using a similar gesture of cue cards to highlight all the wonderful things about Krista.
