Leanne accuses Nick of sabotage as the bistro’s future hangs in the balance in Corrie

Can it be saved?

As Leanne heads to the restaurant, a furious Tracy accuses her of poisoning her family with undercooked food.

Whilst Idris fields complaints from irate customers with food poisoning, Ollie conducts a full inspection of the kitchen only to find that all the meat served the night before was past its sell-by date. 

• 

• 

When Leanne realises that Nick was responsible for the delivery, suspicions mount. Was it an honest mistake or is Nick sabotaging their business?

Later, Tracy spells out to Leanne that she wants compensation for the food poisoning and Idris reckons Nick needs to pay for his mistakes. 

Confronting Nick over the dodgy meat, Leanne and Idris tell him that the restaurant is being slated on social media and he needs to accept some liability. Will Nick agree?

After receiving yet another cancellation, Nick reads through all the terrible online reviews and Toyah assures him it’ll blow over. 

In the Rovers, a despondent Nick and Toyah tell Leanne about the bad reviews and the downturn in trade.

In the bistro, Sam’s upset to read some nasty comments on a school chat group; all of them directed at him apart from a message from Hope who leaps to his defence.

When Nick reveals that they can no longer afford to pay their meat supplier and they’re reduced to buying meat from Freshco, Leanne suggests they should cut their losses and sell the business.

On the street, Toyah confronts Leanne and tells her she’s worked out how she and Idris are trying to sabotage the bistro in the hope they can buy it for knock-down price. How will Leanne react?

When Nick calls at Speed Daal, Idris takes the opportunity to wind him up by suggesting that both his relationship with Sam and his business are both on their knees. 

In the bistro, Sam confesses to Nick how he’s been on the receiving end of some horrible online trolling, and he felt able to confide in Idris. 

Calling at the bistro, Idris tells Nick that he should do the decent thing and sell the bistro back to Leanne.
