Lydia blackmails Taye after he decides to give up escorting in Neighbours

Having had enough of his escorting life crossing over into his Piano Bar life, Taye makes the decision to hang up his boots and retire. But when he breaks the news to his longest running client, Lydia, she doesn’t want to accept his decision and offers him more money.

Standing firm, Taye won’t be swayed. But when he joins Cara, Remi and Cara’s boss for lunch, he’s in for quite a surprise when he discovers it’s none other than Lydia!

While she also had no idea of their connection, she uses it to her advantage and hits Taye with an ultimatum; keep seeing her, or she will make Cara’s work life very difficult.

Discreetly, Taye asks Byron about his experience with Lydia, who tells him he had to cut ties with her because of her intensity.

Meanwhile, Cara’s stressed after Lydia reports her law exam has been moved forward. Reading between the lines, Taye knows that unless something changes between him and Lydia, Cara will be impacted, so he enters into a coercive deal with the devil to protect his sister-in-law.
