The housemates of Number Thirty-Two are speechless when their new landlord makes it clear that she’ll be using their pool on the regular now she ‘owns’ it, especially when she intimates that she isn’t afraid of finding the house new tenants if the current ones aren’t amenable to her regular visits.
While the housemates struggle to deal with her constant presence, they attempt to devise a plan to extract her, eventually settling on a charm offensive. But the immovable owner is so frustrating that Mackenzie loses her cool, forcefully demanding she leave as landlord/tenant rules mean she has no entitlement to the pool.
As their new landlord goes to leave, number Thirty-Two breathes a sigh of relief, but not before she makes Mackenzie pay for her words and they’re all about to cop a rental increase.
