Is Andrew really cheating on Wendy?

As Andrew butts heads with Aaron over how best to prepare Cara for the Police Academy, Wendy is frustrated that her husband won’t even consider moving to Murrayville for her work.

After a motivational speech from Nicolette, urging her to go for what she wants, Wendy surreptitiously jumps on Andrew’s computer, finds a police force job opening in Murrayville and calls to enquire on Andrew’s behalf.

When Andrew assures Wendy he cares about her career as much as his own, Wendy holds off on telling him about the sergeant job she’s found in Murrayville until she can come up with a strong pitch.

However, when Andrew realises his unimpressed colleagues have heard rumours that he’s job hunting at a different station, he accuses Wendy of going behind his back and risking his career to boost her own.

Attempting to put his frustrations with a contrite Wendy behind him, Andrew gets on with his self-defence class and Wendy tags along, hoping her post-class snacks will help show her remorse. But the tension between Wendy and Andrew takes a nosedive when Wendy spots Sandra overtly flirting with Andrew, who appears from Wendy’s perspective, to be encouraging the behaviour.

Misinterpreting the moment, Wendy embarrasses Andrew in front of his class when she storms up to confront him. And things go from bad to worse when the couple return home and their emotions boil over, leaving Wendy feeling side-lined, while Andrew pushes for stability.

When he criticises Wendy for not caring about their daughter as much as he does, it’s clear the pair cannot come to an understanding and are on very shaky ground.

Struggling to find work, Wendy asks Nicolette for a job and to her surprise, she's hired on the spot as she’s flat out with Mother’s Day and needs an extra pair of hands. Unfortunately for Wendy, her least favourite local, Sandra, decides to come to Harold’s for her coffee.

Attempting to make peace, Wendy is shocked to learn that Sandra is aware of her marital problems with Andrew and downloads her anxieties to Nicolette, who then sticks her nose in where it doesn’t belong and uncovers what appears to be a terrible secret... Sandra is messaging a guy on a dating app who has the exact same tattoo on his arm that Andrew has! Could it possibly be that Andrew is cheating on Wendy?
