Only Fools and Horses: The Musical Announced for 2019

Lovely jubbly! Only Fools and Horses goes from Peckham to the West End as a brand-new, home-grown musical.


Jim Sullivan, the son of Only Fools and Horses' original writer John Sullivan has teamed up with Paul Whitehouse to write and produce a script and score to honour his father’s legacy.


Together they'll be recreating the iconic series into a brand-new, home-grown British Musical with Whitehouse taking centre stage as Grandad and Tom Bennett playing Del Boy and Ryan Hutton playing Rodney.



The musical promises the inclusion of cherished material from the TV series, including the laughs, dodgy dealings and unforgettable moments. For fans Only Fools and Horses: The Musical will be a trip back to 1989 as audience get reacquainted with Britain’s most loveable rogues and experience the classic comedy brought to life once again through an ingenious and hilarious original score.


Further casting includes Dianne Pilkington as Raquel, Pippa Duffy as Cassandra, Jeff Nicholson as Boycie, Samantha Seager as Marlene and Peter Baker as Trigger.


There'll be musical contributions from Chas n Dave as audiences will hear the beloved theme tunes as they never have before as well as an array of comic songs that are full of character and cockney charm. A guaranteed cockney knees-up!


Only Fools and Horses: The Musical is being described as "A feel-good, family celebration of traditional, working class London life and the aspirations we all share."
