Can they put aside their differences?
1-7 JANUARY
When Andrew comes to inspect the house, JJ tries to prove he’s responsible and promises to clean the mess Taye left. Meanwhile, Dex warns Taye to be careful of who he interacts with after spotting him with Max.
Later, JJ feels uneasy when Taye suggests a little gathering at the house. As the small gathering kicks off, it soon turns into a full-blown party and to JJ’s disdain, even Max shows up.
As the party gets bigger, JJ tries to kick everyone out but is ignored, especially by an intoxicated Dex and Taye. And when it seems like things couldn’t get any worse, Taye declares it’s time to skinny dip just as Remi and Cara return home, totally shocked to see their house full of people… including Taye!
Cara and Remi are overwhelmed to learn that Taye has been staying at their house for days, hosted a party and gotten Dex drunk.
When Remi attempts to get to the bottom of him turning up, Taye makes it clear he knows how she really feels about him. He’s an insult to her and her mother.
Thrown by Taye’s take, Remi’s determined to get to the bottom of it and suggests he stays with them for a few days so they can get to know each other better.
Heading to the city to see a seminar by a speaker they both admire, Remi’s pleased to find a point of connection with Taye. As they sharea a fun afternoon and finally start to bond, their return home turns into a crash back to reality when Remi reveals that she and Cara want the house to stay alcohol-free for the rest of Taye's stay.
Knowing it’s a reaction to the events of the party, Taye feels judged and the conflict escalates and the siblings find themselves more at odds than ever.
