When asked to move out, what will Max do?
7-13 DECEMBER
Sadie’s hopes of avoiding Max are stymied when he offers Byron free tickets to an upcoming dance party. Accepting, Byron assumes the offer is Max’s way of smoothing the rough start they’ve had as housemates.
When Byron tells Sadie about the tickets, she’s thrilled, until she finds out where they’re coming from.
Furious, she confronts Max and orders him to shut down the dance party invite and stop playing these stupid games. But when she gets home after work, she realises Max has done the opposite as an upbeat Byron shows off their tickers.
Alone with Max, Sadie rounds on him, hating how awkward he’s made things in her own home. Countering her comments, Max tells he that she was the one who made him tell her he's into her. It’s not his fault she made him admit he thinks she’s hot.
However, their argument is interrupted by a stunned Byron, who has just heard Max’s confession, leaving Sadie horrified.
After learning that Max has been making a play for Sadie, Byron surprises her with his supportive and trusting response and when Sadie admits she doesn’t think she can live with Max, Byron tells Max to move out.
Despite his resistance, Max realises his actions have made Sadie uncomfortable and he agrees to leave.
