Terese and Paul struggle to act on their feelings as she returns from rehab in Neighbours

And when it comes to work, will she allowed back?

 16-22 NOVEMBER

Following her time at rehab, Terese returns home feeling much stronger and more stable and she and Paul slip back into their routine of friendship, with neither of them quite sure how to bring up the deeper feelings between them that they so nearly addressed before she left.

Keen to support her in any way he can, Paul suggests some business-related tasks to keep her busy. But Terese confesses she really wants to return to Eirini Rising, albeit in a non-managerial, working from home capacity.

Unsure if the Kennedys or residents will go for this plan, Paul privately urges Karl to consider it and they all let Terese down by not realising she was drinking again, but it’s important that they do everything they possibly can for her well-being now.

When Terese speaks to Harold about the possibility of doing some Eirini admin work from home, he kindly volunteers to canvas the other resident’s opinions and Terese agrees, hopeful they will all be as generous to her as Harold is being.

Meanwhile, the unresolved sexual tension between Terese and Paul continues to sizzle and they make dinner plans which both clearly hope may lead to more.

But Terese’s hopes and dreams come crashing down when Moira Tohu gets involved. She’s got lawyer Tim Collins on board and insists that if Terese returns to Eirini it will be a safety violation with a serious penalty... all the residents get their money back.
