Terese worries about the impending sale of Power Road in Neighbours

Will the council approve her application to re-zone Power Road?

Feeling positive after she and Terese send Paul her proposal for the Bronze Bell, Krista is deflated when Paul decides he will plan it instead.

Debriefing on events, Terese admits that she is ashamed about possibly having to sell Power Road and Krista encourages her to be honest, and that Paul, Karl and Susan will understand. But Terese still can’t help feeling like a failure.

Later, when Karl moves into his new council approved workspace, Terese reveals the council have approved her application to re-zone Power Road and she plans to sell and has Rhett sounding out buyers.

With Karl concerned about how the tenants on Power Road might be affected, their attention shifts as Cara reaches out to them for support.
